The people of Kano state are overjoyed as President Bola Ahmed Tinubu appoints former Deputy Governor of the state, Abdullahi Tijjani Muhammad Gwarzo, to serve as a minister in his cabinet.

The people of Kano expressed their appreciation, with Dr. Baffa Babba Dan’Agundi, former Director of the North West Tinubu/Shettima campaign support group, praising the well-deserved nomination.

Dr. Dan’Agundi hailed ATM Gwarzo’s dedication to service, particularly highlighting his outstanding contributions during his tenure as Deputy Governor and Commissioner of the state Ministry for Water Resources.

“Notably, Gwarzo’s work on the Watari water works and the greater Kano water project earned him the ‘RUWA BABA’ mantra from his supporters” Dan’Agundi disclosed.

The Kano citizens are confident that ATM Gwarzo’s vast experience and commitment will make both Kano state and the entire nation proud, as he takes on his new role as a minister.

Abdullahi Tijjani Muhammad Gwarzo holds a Bachelor of Science (Tech) degree in Textile Engineering from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University Zaria since 1988.
