Speaking in an interview with BBC Hausa, Mohammed emphasized the importance of accountability but cautioned against politically motivated probes. He warned that inquiries driven by personal interests could hinder progress rather than serve justice.
Addressing speculation about a rift between his father and Governor Uba Sani, Mohammed described the situation as a “cold war” exaggerated by the media.
While acknowledging his disappointment over the issue, he stated that mediating between them was not his responsibility. Instead, he reaffirmed his commitment to serving his constituents in Kaduna North Federal Constituency.
