Wikki Tourists have announced the appointment of Abdullahi Adamu as their new head coach.

Adamu takes over from Kabiru Dogo, who was sacked last month for poor performance.

The young tactician previously worked with Zaria-based Nigeria National League side Green Beret FC.

He also once had a stint with Katsina United as an assistant coach.

This will be Adamu’s second spell in charge of Wikki Tourists.

The Bauchi club is currently battling to escape the drop.

They sit in ninth position in the Group B table.
