Cristiano Ronaldo left the Al Nassr game at half-time on Friday.

The football icon was spotted watching the new team Al-Nassr from a VIP box on Friday but left at half-time and never returned.

Many say this was the attitude at Manchester United which triggered his problem with Coach, Erik ten Hag at Old Trafford.

But the difference is that the Saudi Arabian side was unable to register the Portugal international for the game which would have been his debut, having exceeded their limit for non-Saudi Arabian players.

Ronaldo only came as a spectator instead as Al Nassr beat Al-Ta’ee 2-0.

The former Manchester United, Real Madrid and Juventus star signed a £175 million-a-year deal with Al-Nassr.

He was officially unveiled by the club on Tuesday.

The club has eight foreign players in their squad, which is the maximum allowed under the rules of the Saudi league.
