The recent ministerial nominees submitted to the Senate by President Ahmed Tinubu reflect a well-distributed representation across Nigeria’s six geopolitical zones.
The South-West takes the lead with nine nominees, followed closely by the North-West and North-Central regions with ten and eight nominees, respectively.
The South-South and North-East regions both have seven nominees each, while the South-East region has five.
Only 28 out of the 47 ministerial nominees have undergone screening, leaving the recently unveiled individuals awaiting their turn.
