The Akwa Ibom State Police Command said it has arrested one Sunday George Sampson who masterminded the death of a 13-year-old pregnant girl.
The command’s spokesman, SP Odiko MacDon, confirmed this in a press release on Thursday.
Daily Trust reports that he said, “One Sunday George Sampson has been arrested by the Nsit Ubium Division of the Akwa Ibom State Police Command.
“The suspect impregnated a 13-year-old girl and secretly procured an abortion for her and she died in the process.”
