Kano’s streets erupts today as supporters of President Bola Tinubu and protesters demanding an end to poor governance and hunger staged rival demonstrations.

The unusual convergence led to a significant occupation of key city areas, including the Government House Roundabout.

In a rare sight, the normally vibrant streets of Kano were markedly subdued as the city was overtaken by the protests. Hundreds of demonstrators transformed the urban landscape, creating a stark contrast to the city’s typical hustle and bustle.
