The All Progressive Congress gubernatorial candidate, Dr Nasir Yusuf Gawuna, and his running mate, Alhaji Murtala Sule Garo, have been described as the right candidates accepted by all.
Alhaji Kasim Musa Madigawa disclosed this during a chat with a journalist in Kano.
He said with regards to the high number of supporters that usually come out en masse to welcome the APC campaign team during the ongoing campaign rallies, it is a clear testimony that the people of Kano were in support of Dr. Nasir Yusif Gawuna and his running mate Alhaji Murtala Sule Garo.
Madigawa, the incumbent Gawuna envoy chairman, maintained that Gawuna possessed all the needed qualities of leadership, especially with regards to his grassroot experience, and that, therefore, electorates should not hesitate to come out and cast their votes in the forthcoming elections.
“The people of Kano and beyond have seen the capability of His Excellency Dr. Nasir Yusif Gawuna during the recent gubernatorial candidate debates organized by the BBC here in Kano. “We’ve seen how he showcased his expertise and the blueprint he has for the development of Kano State.”
Kasim Musa Madiawa noted that there is no doubt the current administration of Governor Abdullhi Umar Ganduje has excelled in the aspects of providing adequate infrastructure, health, education, and agriculture; hence, the right team that will ensure continuity is Gawuna/Garo.
“You will be surprised if you know the level and number of people who are donating their hard-earned money to the campaign of Gawuna or Garo because they believe that he is competent and committed, and voting for APC is the right and best choice.”
The Gawuna Envoy Chairman urged the general populace to vote for Dr. Nasir Yusif Gawuna and his running mate, Alhaji Murtala Sule Garo, with the aim of moving Kano State and the nation forward.
