Real Madrid have reportedly identified two players to sign as alternatives to Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe.

Real Madrid are currently scouring the transfer market for a first-choice number nine, with Mbappe at the top of their wishlist.

The Los Blancos lost Karim Benzema to Saudi Pro League giants Al-Ittihad earlier this summer.

Mbapp recently confirmed that he is unwilling to extend his contract with PSG beyond 2024, sparking a number of transfer rumours.

According to Todofichajes, Real Madrid have decided to include Manchester City’s Julian Alvarez and Inter Milan’s Lautaro Martinez to their shortlist as two options behind Mbappe.

Carlo Ancelotti’s side are prepared to pay close to €90 million to sign one of the Argentina World Cup winners.
