Hilda Baci, a Nigerian chef, has cooked almost 110 meals in her bid to break the Guinness World Record for the longest individual cooking marathon.

At the moment, the 27-year-old has been cooking nonstop for more than 64 hours, with several hours left to break Chef Lata London’s 2019 record of 87 hours and 45 minutes in Rewa, India.

Hilda has made over 110 meals and served over 2,795 people so far. Despite her obvious tiredness from standing on her feet for over three days, Hilda Baci maintained the standard of perfection for which her brand is recognised and is not willing to compromise on quality.

Her quest to break the Guinness World Record has been nothing short of amazing, with hundreds of Nigerians flocking to the cook-a-thon venue to see her make history, and thousands more watching the event on social media.

Notable celebrities have also actively backed Hilda’s cause, with some even attending the event to provide words of encouragement and affirmation.
