The lineup for the 2026 FIFA World Cup has been confirmed following Friday’s draw in Washington, marking a major milestone for the expanded tournament to be jointly hosted by the United States, Canada and Mexico from June 11 to July 19, 2026.

Co-hosts Mexico will feature in Group A alongside South Africa, South Korea and a yet-to-be-determined qualifier. Canada, also hosting matches, were placed in Group B with Qatar, Switzerland and another team still seeking qualification.
Brazil headline Group C, where they will face Morocco, Haiti and Scotland. In Group D, the United States set to host the majority of the tournament’s fixtures will compete against Paraguay, Australia and a qualifier.
Germany lead Group E, which includes Curaçao, Ivory Coast and Ecuador, while the Netherlands share Group F with Japan, Tunisia and a qualifying nation.
Belgium top Group G, joined by Egypt, Iran and New Zealand. Spain anchor Group H with Cape Verde, Saudi Arabia and Uruguay.
Defending champions Argentina are drawn in Group J alongside Algeria, Austria and Jordan, while France, Senegal, Norway and a qualifier make up Group I.
Portugal will compete in Group K with Uzbekistan, Colombia and a qualifying nation, as England complete the draw in Group L with Croatia, Ghana and Panama.
