He made this known during a press briefing on Thursday, where he urged party faithful to remain focused and not be distracted by what he described as breakaway elements attempting to mislead the public.
Kibiya used the opportunity to highlight the party’s recent achievements, including the successful conduct of ward, local government, and state congresses. He said these milestones reflect the PDP’s strong internal structures and commitment to democratic values.
He further noted that all elected executive members across levels have been inaugurated and are now fully positioned to deliver on the party’s goals and mandates. He added that the mobilization and repositioning of party members across the state had been completed to strengthen grassroots participation.
While reaffirming the Kano PDP’s allegiance to the national leadership of the party, Kibiya stressed that the chapter remains fully loyal and committed to supporting national directives and maintaining internal cohesion.
He assured that the party in Kano is united and focused on building a solid base ahead of future elections, with a firm commitment to delivering credible leadership that addresses the needs of the people.
The chairman concluded by encouraging citizens across Kano State to register with the PDP, describing it as a reliable platform for driving progress both at the state and national levels.
