Under the auspices of the National Council for Women Societies( NCWS), a group has commended the military for the Successes recorded in the ongoing aggressive onslaught against bandits and other criminal elements in Kaduna state the north in general.

Kaduna State president of the society, Barr. Zainab Hassan disclosed this while speaking to the media in Kaduna.

She urged Nigerians to give more support to the troops in the ongoing campaign.

She described as refreshing and encouraging the recent reports of large scale degrading and neutralization of bandits, cattle rustlers, kidnappers and illegal armed miners in the Northwest.

NCWS said that mothers and wives expressed satisfaction as normalcy is gradually returning to most of the areas ravaged by bandits.

Barr. Zainab urged Nigerians to see the Patriotic and innovative efforts of the Nigeria high military command led by Chief of Defence Staff( CDS), General Lucky Irabor as a call to duty and reciprocate the gesture by supporting through volunteering credible and timely information to the military and other Security and Intelligence agency to enable them to curb threats to the general security of the Nigerian people.

She commended Governor Nasiru Ahmed El-rufai and other state Governors in the northwest zones to support the campaign.
