The All Progressives Congress (APC) has constituted a five-member Ward Congresses Appeal Committee to entertain complaints arising from the conduct of ward congresses in Kano State.
Speaking when members of the committee visited Gov. Abdullahi Ganduje in Kano on Saturday, its chairman, Dr Kabir Ibrahim, said they had been given two weeks to complete the assignment.
“The Committee will be sitting at the State Secretariat of the APC to receive complaints, and we will be in Kano for the assignment for two weeks,” he told Ganduje.
He, therefore, urged anyone with any complaint pertaining to the just concluded ward congresses, to lodge the same with the committee.
He listed other members of the committee as Hajiya Murjanatu Aliyu, Hajiya A’i Maradun, Imrana Haruna and Najib Abdullahi.
Responding,  Ganduje welcomed the committee and assured them of his support to accomplish their assignment. (NAN)
