However, high blood pressure workouts may assist to reduce your risk, but there are specific exercises you should avoid that may overwork your heart, which I will list down in this post, according to ClevelandClinic:

1. Sprinting.

This is one of the risky exercises you should stop doing if have high blood pressure.

According to experts, they are capable of speeding up your blood pressure and putting undue strain on your heart and blood vessels. 

2. Weightlifting.

If you have high blood pressure, you should be cautious with this workout. According to Cleveland Clinic, these types of exercise involve forceful motions in a short period, which might speed up your blood pressure too quickly and put excess stress on your heart.

When these exercises are performed with high blood pressure, they tend to cause your heart to overwork, which can be harmful; alternatively, there are other safe forms of exercise you can attempt, such as walking, dancing, jogging, or swimming.
