Popular American Actor, Tom Cruise, has been reported to be in talks of shooting a blockbuster movie in outer space.

Chairman, Universal Films Entertainment Group, Donna Langley, revealed that various plans are in place for a spacewalk with Tom.

Langley said most of the movie settings would be on earth but the 60-year-old actor will deliver a foremost Hollywood non-Computer Generated Imagery (CGI), created to look at space.

“It actually takes place on earth, and then the character needs to go up to space to save the day,” the film executive shared. “Tom Cruise is taking us to space. He’s taking the world to space. That’s the plan,” Langley said.

The upcoming movie would be directed by Doug Liman, creator of ‘The Bourne Identity’.

Liman already proposed the project in 2020 but the pandemic affected the plan.

Cruise is one of the biggest American movie stars who is notable for popular movies such as Mission Impossible, Jack Reacher, Mummy, and Top Gun.

The actor is also known for performing risky stunts in his roles like climbing out of skyscrapers, flying jet planes, car crashes, and many more.
