Chelsea defender, Antonio Rudiger, has labelled manager, Thomas Tuchel, as a ‘tactical fox’ ahead of the Blues’ away Premier League clash with Southampton on Saturday.

He also said that Tuchel is a coach that leaves nothing to a coincidence, adding that the former Paris Saint-Germain works in great detail.

Rudiger rarely featured for Chelsea this season during Frank Lampard’s regime at Stamford Bridge.

The Germany international has, however, been given a new lease on life under Tuchel.

Rudiger has started every game under Tuchel with Chelsea winning four consecutive Premier League games.

“Anyone who knows Tuchel knows: He is a man who leaves nothing to a coincidence,” Rudiger told Bild.

“He works in great detail, Tuchel is a tactical fox.”
