Another batch of abducted six students and the matron of  the Bethel Baptist High School, Maraban Damishi, in Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna state, have regained their freedom.
This brings the number of those released to 117.
The Chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Kaduna State, Rev. John Hayab, confirmed the release of the students to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Friday  in Kaduna.
According to Hayab, five  students and a matron of the school, were freed on Friday evening.
“One other student regained freedom on Sunday afternoon,” he said.
“We have four  now with bandits, we thank all Nigerians for their prayers and support.
NAN recalled that in the early hour of July 5, bandits invaded the school and kidnapped 121 students. (NAN)
