Seyi Tinubu, the son of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has denied allegations of bribery and harassment made by Atiku Abubakar Isah, president of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS).

In a statement posted on Instagram, Seyi described the claims as false and damaging to his reputation. He said he had never met or interacted with Atiku and had no connection to any of the alleged incidents.

The allegations surfaced after Atiku accused Seyi and the Minister of State for Youth Development, Ayodele Olawande, of offering him N100 million to publicly support the Tinubu-led administration. He said he declined the offer due to dissatisfaction with the government’s performance and was later abducted and physically assaulted. Atiku further alleged that he was threatened with a compromising video and told that Seyi Tinubu would ensure nothing came of the incident.

Seyi has firmly rejected the claims, describing them as completely fabricated.
