Reno Omokri, a public commentator, described Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi as a regional candidate.
On Channels Television Politics Today on Wednesday, Omokri made the claims.
He accused the “Obedient Movement” of obeying the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOBTuesday ,’s sit-in order.
“I know they had a sit-at-home yesterday, Tuesday, September 13, 2022,” Omokri said.
“Now, Obidients and Peter Obi, who normally have things every day in the South East, obeyed IPOB’s sit-at-home order, and this is not the first time.”
“Previously, IPOB had it on Mondays, and Peter Obi himself followed it.”
“They’ve never had anything on a day when IPOB has a sit-in.”
“This demonstrates that they are more concerned with IPOB than with our constitution.”
The former presidential spokesman also accused Peter Obi supporters of “online bullying.”
He claimed that Atiku Abubakar, a national candidate, is the only presidential candidate who is ready to govern Nigeria.
