The Ogun State Police Command has declared Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, wanted over an alleged violent attack on officials of the state’s Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development.

According to a statement by the Police Public Relations Officer, CSP Omolola Odutola, the attack took place on February 5, 2025, in Ota during an enforcement exercise.
The officials encountered Portable’s father, who denied his son’s presence. However, the musician allegedly appeared armed with a gun and other weapons, leading a group of thugs to assault the officials.
While nine of Portable’s alleged accomplices were arrested, he managed to escape and has since remained in hiding.
The police stated that despite being invited for questioning, the singer refused to cooperate, prompting the issuance of an arrest warrant.
Authorities have urged the public to provide any information that could lead to his capture, warning that anyone found harboring him will face legal action.
