Singer Slimcase has declared he will someday win the prestigious Grammy award.
Otunba Lamba, who prides himself as the first industry hypeman with hit songs, said this in an interview with Nancy Isime on ‘Trending’.
Slimcase also expressed confidence that he’ll one day act as hype man for top celebrities around the globe.
He said: “I know, I am convinced that one day, I will stand on the stage like this and will hype for Drake. I will hype for all these big top celebrities. You will not believe that.
“Last year, when I was doing all those rubbish things on IG, nobody thought that that same rubbish platform will still be a platform for major upcoming rappers nobody has ever known before. They never even thought of , ‘what will Slimcase do with rap?”
He continued: “The EP I’m currently working on a classic and it is Grammy standard. I will remind you that time, when I want to collect Grammy….Shout out to Nancy, I know you’re out there…remind all of them.”
