Netflix has announced the official trailer for its first Nollywood Christmas original, ‘A Naija Christmas’.
Directed by top Nollywood director Kunle Afolayan, the family comedy feature film stars Kunle Remi, Rachel Oniga, Efa Iwara and Alvin Abayomi in the lead roles.
Recall that Netflix dropped a first-look teaser in November, introducing the main cast and the story based a mother’s wish for her three sons to bring home brides for the Christmas holidays. The comedy also stars Carol King, Mercy Johnson-Okojie, Linda Osifo and more.
Speaking on the soon to be released film, Afolayan says “ ‘A Naija Christmas’ movie is real, original, funny and the first Christmas movie of its kind.”
‘A Naija Christmas’ will be Afolayan’s second Netflix Original this year after debuting ‘Swallow’ in October. (Pulse)
