Leaders of the National Coalition Group (NCG) in Ibadan, Oyo State, have said that the coalition stands out among other groups rooting for the Osinbajo presidency in 2023.
The coalition described Prof Yemi Osinbajo as a man full of experience, adding that he would douse tension in the southern region if given a ticket.

The NCG stressed that Osibanjo commands respect from the North and carries humility of the South, noting that he is a fully detribalized Nigerian.
While the NCG Oyo state chapter overwhelmingly mobilized to welcome the Vice President at Ibadan, Alhaji Yahaya Ali, who led the Ibadan NCG chapter, said that Osinbajo remains the best option for APC in 2023.
Earlier in a telephone discussion, the National coalition Group National Secretary, Dr Eli Eberechukwu Dibia, had extolled the virtues of Prof Yemi Osinbajo as been a senior advocate, a university don, and a pastor.
He said Osibanjo was humble to the core and is most appropriate to fly the APC flag come 2023.
While speaking, Dr Dibia said, “Any mistake by APC not to field Prof Yemi Osinbajo as a presidential candidate will mean trading off a victory to the opposition. Prof Yemi Osinbajo is sure, seamless victory for APC and best for Nigeria, “he concluded.
