Governor Caleb Mutfwang of Plateau State has dismissed five commissioners and immediately appointed new ones to replace them.

The affected officials include Sule Musa, Commissioner for Commerce and Industry; Obed Goselle, Commissioner for Science and Technology; Noel Nkup, Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development; Chrysantus Dawam, Commissioner for Budget and Economic Planning; and Jamila Tukur, Commissioner for Tourism, Culture, and Hospitality.

To fill these positions, the government has appointed Sunday Alex from Bassa Local Government Area, Joyce Ramnap from Langtang South, Sylvanus Dongtoe from Shendam, Nicholas Baamlong from Qua’an Pam, and Cornelius Doeyok from Qua’an Local Government Area.

He expressed gratitude to the outgoing commissioners for their contributions and wished them success in their future endeavors.
