The Management of Maryam Abacha American University of Niger (MAAUN) Maradi, has congratulated President Muhamed Bazoum over his inauguration as the new President of Niger Republic.

The swearing in ceremony of President Mohamed Bazoum was conducted at the Mahatma Gandhi International Conference Centre, Niamey on Friday, April 2, 2021.

The President and Founder of MAAUN, Professor Adamu Abubakar Gwarzo on behalf of the Management of the university sent the congratulatory message to the new President of Niger in a letter he personally signed and issued issued to newsmen in Kano on Friday.

While wishing the new President a succeseful tenure in office, Professor Adamu Abubakar Gwarzo prayed to God to guide and give him the wisdom to steer the leadership of the country.

The Maryam Abacha American University has described President Mohamed Bazoum as a committed patriotic Leader who will bring development to the country in various aspects.

“We pray that as he assumes office today, may the all mighty Allah help him to succeed,” the letter said.

The Management of the university expressed the hope that the cordial relationship existing between the government of former president Mahamadou issoufou and the university would be sustained by the new government of president Mohamed Bozoum.

“The Management of MAAUN wishes the former President Mahamadou issoufou happiness, success and God’s guidance in all his future endeavors,” the letter added.
