Kwankwaso, a former governor of Kano State, made this known on Thursday during the meeting of the party’s National Executive Committee (NEC) in Abuja. He clarified that while no talks are currently ongoing, any step toward building alliances would be taken collectively with the involvement of both party leaders and members.
He stressed that the NNPP is not in a rush to sign any agreements but remains open to negotiations with stakeholders who share its vision.
According to him, the party’s major focus is to serve Nigerians by presenting a credible alternative and building a platform that can contribute meaningfully to the nation’s development. He further noted that the NNPP remains inclusive, welcoming new entrants while respecting the choices of those who may opt out.
Kwankwaso assured members that the party will continue to prioritize collective decision-making, unity, and service to the people as it prepares for the future.
