The Executive Secretary Kano State Primary Health Care Management Board Dr. Tijjani Hussain has reaffirmed commitment for the training and retraining of it’s personal to make them more productive.

The Executive Secretary made the assertion at the opening of a one day familiarization meeting tag Brown Bag organized by the Department of Administration and finance of the Board.
Dr. Hussain further stated that, the concert which is the first of it’s kind will pave way in discussing new initiatives under the board to staff and also to promote dialogue and Information sharing.

He then Commended the effort of Administration and finance department for it’s efforts in organizing the meeting and urged the participants to make judicious used of what they have learned during the session.

In his remarks earlier, the Director Administration and finance Alh. Suleiman Tanimu stressed that, the Brown Bag staff familiarization training is aim at encouraging teamwork, reinforce organizational values, mission achievement as well as increase staff morale.

The Director maintained that, the brown bag meeting has been included in the board monthly activities calendar and each department of the Board is expected to submit topics for dissemination during the training.

He then Commended the Executive Secretary for his good initiative in improving the health services delivery from the grassroots as well as enhancing the staff enthusiasm and capabilities.

The meeting was attended by the Board Directors, Zonal Directors as well as other staff from various departments of the Board.
