The League management company (LMC) has given a temporal approval to Kano Pillars football club to return to Sani Abacha Stadium Kofar Mata, Kano with immediate effect.

Kano Pillars adopted the Ahmadu Bello Stadium as home ground last season as the Sani Abacha Stadium was being used then as isolation centre for COVID-19

KANO FOCUS reports that the approval was contained In a letter dated April 12, and signed by Salihu Abubakar, a Chief Operating Officer of the league management company ( LMC ).

With this development, the football team will play it matches at Sani Abacha stadium.

It wil be recalled that Kano Pillars FC for the past two seasons had adopted Ahmadu Bello stadium Kaduna state for it’s home matches before relocating to Umaru Dikko Stadium, Katsina recently. (Kano Focus)
