Speaking to BusinessDay, KACCIMA President Garba Iman emphasized the fair’s goal of highlighting Kano’s business and investment potential as a vital economic hub in Northern Nigeria. “This year’s event has been designed to showcase innovations aimed at opening up vast business and investment opportunities in the state,” Iman stated through the fair’s Publicity Sub-Committee.

He disclosed that more than 300 local and international exhibitors have confirmed their participation, including leading corporations like Dangote Group, BUA Group, Aspira Group, and Mamuda Group. Prominent players from the oil sector such as Ammisco Group and A.A. Rano, as well as key banks like First Bank Plc, Keystone Bank, and TAJ Bank, are also set to participate.

Public sector organizations will be well-represented, with the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC), Nigeria Export Promotion Council (NEPC), Nigerian Communication Commission (NCC), Bank of Agriculture (BOA), and the National Directorate of Employment (NDE) confirmed as attendees.

Additionally, the Bank of Industry (BOI), Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Limited (NNPCL), and Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) have expressed interest.
