The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has rescheduled the 2025 Mock Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) from April 5 to April 10, 2025.

JAMB spokesperson, Fabian Benjamin, announced the adjustment in a statement, explaining that the shift is to allow for necessary preparations and the incorporation of new innovations aimed at enhancing the examination process.
According to JAMB, the main UTME will still commence on April 25, 2025, as originally planned. The board highlighted the importance of implementing innovative measures to ensure the mock test serves its intended purpose effectively, aligning with global best practices and recent research on examination methodologies.
Candidates have been advised to await further updates on the printing of their Mock Notification Slip, which will contain details of their examination centers.
