In a statement released on Friday in Abuja by the Ministry’s Permanent Secretary, Magdalene Ajani, the digital platform is expected to enhance turnaround time and improve the overall experience for users.

The innovation, according to the ministry, is designed to handle citizenship applications, business permit processing, and the regulation of activities involving businesses and foreign workers. It forms part of broader reforms by the Ministry to improve transparency and service efficiency.

The platform is accessible through the Ministry of Interior’s official website as well as a dedicated portal.

Reaffirming its commitment to public service delivery, the Ministry stated that the initiative underscores its dedication to a more transparent, efficient, and secure system through ongoing digital transformation.
