Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola believes Newcastle United could win the Premier League title this season.
This season, the Magpies have only lost one game and are currently ranked fourth.
Eddie Howe’s men are third in the standings, with 24 points from their first 13 games.
Guardiola acknowledges that they are capable of maintaining their form throughout the season.
“They have incredible physicality, rhythm, and they only play one game a week.”
“They aren’t playing in Europe, which is a huge advantage for deciding moments in terms of energy.”
“They have tremendous energy – imagine having a long week,” Guardiola said.
