EPL: I didn’t say that – Ten Hag on playing UCL after 2-2 draw with Bournemouth

In another story from the EPL, despite their 2-2 draw with Bournemouth on Saturday, Manchester United manager, Erik ten Hag, remains confident that his team is still in the running to qualify for next season’s Champions League.

In their recent run of games, United have managed to secure victory in just one out of their last seven matches across all competitions.

The gap between Ten Hag’s team and fourth-placed Aston Villa and fifth-placed Tottenham stands at 10 points, with only six games remaining.

“We do our best, but I also have a realistic perspective.”

“With the entire squad present, there is still a strong sense of belief. We will continue to fight, even with the players who are currently available.” There is a lot of potential in the team, with a roster filled with young players.

Ten Hag confidently dismissed any notion that the Champions League is out of reach for his team. “No, I didn’t say that,” he clarified.
