Popular Nigerian content creator Kuye Adegoke, famously known as Egungun of Lagos, has addressed the public for the first time following the circulation of a controversial leaked video.
The video, which has sparked widespread reactions on social media, shows Egungun brushing his teeth during a video call with an unidentified woman. During the call, he inadvertently exposed his private parts while wearing shorts.

This incident comes shortly after Egungun’s wife, Pashotah, disclosed an earlier blackmail attempt involving private videos of her husband. According to Pashotah, a Snapchat user had screen-recorded a video Egungun intended to send to her while traveling. The video was mistakenly shared on his Snapchat story, prompting threats from the alleged blackmailer.
Despite the controversy, Pashotah had defended their marriage, stating, “We remain united and will not allow these threats to affect our bond.” However, the latest leak has drawn renewed criticism, with many questioning Egungun’s integrity and casting doubts on his wife’s earlier defense of their relationship.
In response to the backlash, Egungun appeared unfazed as he posted a video on his Instagram page. The video shows him dancing energetically with a woman to the song Gimme Love by Zlatan and Olamide in his living room.
He captioned the post, “That’s massive baby but still give me your love baby,” seemingly brushing off the criticism.
