Buhari also assigned portfolios to the new ministers and charged them to serve the nation diligently.

Minister of State, Transport; Umar Ibrahim El-Yakub, Minister of State, Works and Housing; Goodluck Opiah, Minister of State, Education and Nkama Ekumankama, Minister of State, Health.
