President Muhammadu Buhari is currently meeting with Yahaya Bello, governor of Kogi, at the presidential villa in Abuja.

Bello is one of the presidential hopefuls of the All Progressives Congress (APC) participating in today’s primary.

APC governors present 5 presidential aspirants names to Buhari

On Monday, the Kogi governor did not attend the northern governors’ meeting with Buhari.

According to Nasir el-Rufai, governor of Kaduna, Bello didn’t align with the position of his counterparts on power shift to the south.
