Looking at the well arranged nature of the All Progressives Congress’ (APC) Presidential Primary election, taking place at Eagle Square, Abuja, coupled with other strategies, governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje of Kano state, stated that, “Senator Ahmed Bola Tinubu is set to win this race, by the Grace of Allah.”
“We the Northern governors had already made our collective decision known to President Muhammadu Buhari, that power should shift to the South. And he accepted that decision,” he reminded.
Adding that, “We are still on that decision. And looking at how the Convention is taking place you know that Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Jagaban of Borgu, will pick the Presidential ticket of our great party.”
The Convention, according to the governor, is going on as planned with procedures, “…it is a hitch-free exercise. Being conducted without any rancor. All the delegates are already seated, all the aspirants are seated, so also our President Muhammadu Buhari and other dignitaries are seated already.“
