Nigerian First Lady, Mrs. Aisha Buhari, was at the National Assembly yesterday to witness the legislative proceedings.

Delegation which includes the Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning, Mrs. Zainab Ahmed and the Minister of Women Affairs, Dame Pauline Tallen.

Also in the team were “37 potential female senators” in 2023, according to Deputy Senate President Ovie Omo-Agege.

 

Senate President Ahmad Lawan said Mrs. Buhari was at the National Assembly to show her support for one of the Bills in the report of the National Assembly Joint Committee on Constitution Review.
