The Twitter user, with the handle @Seyifunmii__, wrote, ” We got a call around 6am saying my sister entered One chance and has been dropped at Ikeja. Seeing my sister right now is devastating. She was badly beaten and was almost shot at. This is too much. Everything was taken from her, everything.”

Speaking further, she said, “The private hospital referred us to general hospital because of the eyes. So we’re at general hospital right now after getting first aid at the private hospital.”

Reacting to her ordeal, A human rights lawyer, Dr Ayo Sogunro, said, “This happened to my sister and her colleague last week as they left their VI office. They entered a “one-chance” bus, got robbed, beaten, and thrown out.
