Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje of Kano state has appointed Idris Abdullahi Dawakin Tofa, former Permanent Secretary, Protocol, as Special Adviser, Protocol I, with effect from 30th October, 2022.

With the new designation as Special Adviser, Protocol I, Dawakin Tofa is now the top ranking Protocol Officer at the Governor’s office and the state in general.
