Kano State Government has ordered immediate closure of a private school, Noble Kids Academy, situated at Kwanar Dakata, where the body of a 5-year-old girl was kidnapped, killed and buried.

The Permanent Secretary in charge of Private Schools at the Ministry of Education, Dr Musa Abba Dankawu disclosed this in a audio message obtained by Daily News24.

He said: ”As a result of the incident that occurred at Tudun Murtala, Kwanar yan Ghana where a school teacher who alleged to have kidnapped, killed and buried his pupil, we hereby order for the immediate closure of the school.

”We will give support to security agencies so that a discreet investigation be carried out on the matter,” he said.

Daily News 24 reports that the victim, Hanifa Abubakar was abducted in November, 2021, at Kwanar Dakata by her teacher, Abdulmalik, who is a principal suspect in the crime, according to the police.
