The Kano State Government has presented offers of permanent and pensionable employment to 45 casual staff of the History and Culture Bureau (Koroso Dancers).

Presenting the offers at the grand occasion held at the conference hall of the ministry, the Commissioner for Tourism and Culture, Alh Ibrahim Ahmed Karaye explained that the Ganduje administration is committed and apt towards making life easier and meaningful to its teeming populace by way of executing viable projects and programmes that have direct impact to the socio-economic development in the state.

The Commissioner further explained that this is part of the Ganduje-led administration gesture to reciprocate the hardworking casual or permanent staff as the case may be.

He enjoined them to rededicate themselves towards good postering image and cultural heritage of the state wherever they find themselves, he stressed.

Karaye also assured them that plan is on top gear to provide them with flamboyant dresses and other supports to make them unique and attractive.

He urged them to continue to rally around the present administration for more goodies.

On his part, the Executive Secretary, history and culture bureau Alh. Ibrahim Umar Tofa expressed his profound appreciation to Governor Ganduje and his wife, Professor Hafsat Ganduje, for doing the needful within a short time to the long-awaited dreams of the Koroso Dancers.

Speaking on behalf of the beneficiaries of this laudable intervention, Abdulaziz Abubakar and Jimmai Dauda pledged to put in their best for accelerated development and describe Governor Ganduje and his wife, professor Hafsat Ganduje as worthy of emulation, caring and pray for Allah’s continued guidance and protection to them.
