Bandits have killed two persons and abducted an Arabic and Islamic studies teacher in the Kuregu community in Zaria Local Government of Kaduna State.

A resident of the Kuregu community who craved anonymity said that the two persons killed were members of the community.

The victims were just at the wrong place at the wrong time because the bandits came asking for the houses of wealthy individuals in the community when they came across the victims and shot them before abducting an Islamic studies teacher in the community, Daily Trust reports.

The State Police Command Public Relations Officer, ASP Jalige, is yet to respond on the matter.
