MAAUN lowers flag for 10 days in honour of late student, Muhseen Bala

The Management of Maryam Abacha American University, Niger, has lowered its flags to mourn the death of Muhseen Bala Muhammad Tukur who passed away on Thursday 16-9-2021 at Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital.

Late Muhseen Bala Muhammad is a 200 level student of MAAUN in the Depatment of Computer Information Technology.

The condolence message was signed by the President and Founder of Maryam Abacha American University and Franco-British International University in Kaduna, Prof. Adamu Abubakar Gwarzo, a copy of which was issued to newsmen in Kano on Friday 17/9/2021.

The University management described the death of the student as a great loss not only to his parents and siblings, but to all the staff of the University.

However, the President of MAAUN described the deceased as a well-mannered student who respects the Elders, especially his Teachers.

Prof. Abubakar Gwarzo said, “On behalf of the Management of Maryam Abacha American University of Niger, I extend my deepest condolences to the parents, relatives and friends especially his father who is the Director of Liaison of the University, Dr Bala Muhammad Tukur and his mother upon his death”, Professor Abubakar Gwarzo said.

He prayed may Almighty Allah grant the deceased Aljanah Firdaus and give his family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
