This is contained in a statement signed by Bayo Onanuga, the President’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, on Tuesday.

According to the statement, Dembos, who was appointed in October 2023, will now return to complete his three-year tenure. Adewuyi, who took office in 2024, is also expected to continue in his role until 2027.

The directive cancels the earlier announced appointments of a new director-general, executive director of news, executive director of marketing, and managing director of NTA Enterprises.
