The Kano United Bikers Association has announced a partnership with the Kano State Police Command aimed at improving safety and security across the state.

The development was disclosed during a courtesy visit to the Commissioner of Police, Ibrahim Adamu Bakori, on Thursday. The delegation was led by the association’s chairman, Mohammed Rabiu, who praised the command for its efforts in maintaining law and order in Kano.
In a statement by the Police Command’s spokesperson, SP Abdullahi Haruna Kiyawa, the bikers pledged to collaborate with the police in promoting peace and protecting communities.
Commissioner Bakori welcomed the gesture, noting that community-based groups such as the bikers’ association play a vital role in supporting security agencies to achieve lasting peace.
The meeting ended with both parties expressing their commitment to sustained cooperation, with the shared goal of boosting public confidence and ensuring a safer environment for residents of Kano State.
