He made this known at his palace in Daura while receiving the First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, and wives of several state governors, who visited to offer condolences following the passing of former President Muhammadu Buhari.

The Emir commended President Tinubu for the dignified manner in which he honoured the late Buhari during his funeral, describing it as a reflection of maturity and just leadership.

According to a report by Premium Times, the delegation was led by Katsina State Governor Dikko Umar Radda, who presented the condolence message to the bereaved family.

The monarch noted that Tinubu’s show of respect and loyalty towards the late president was proof of his suitability to continue leading Nigeria.
