Kano State Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of former President Muhammadu Buhari, describing him as a symbol of discipline, patriotism, and selfless service to Nigeria.

In a condolence message issued on Sunday, Governor Yusuf praised the late President’s unwavering commitment to national unity and development, both during his tenure as a military leader and later as a democratically elected president.
He noted that Buhari’s legacy of simplicity, integrity, and dedication to the wellbeing of ordinary Nigerians would remain a source of inspiration for generations to come.
Governor Yusuf extended his condolences to the late President’s family, the government and people of Katsina State, and all Nigerians grieving the loss.
He offered prayers for Allah’s mercy on Buhari’s soul and for strength and comfort for the nation in this period of mourning.
