Chatham House, a world-renowned policy institute and think-tank forum, has invited the Labour Party’s (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi, to speak about his plans for Nigerians ahead of the presidential elections next year.

This was revealed in a tweet from the institute’s Twitter account.

The event is part of a series of events and outputs looking into Nigeria’s elections in 2023.

Obi, Tinubu and Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) are frontline candidates in the 2023 presidential race.

“Nigeria’s 2023 Elections: In Conversation with @PeterObi,” it wrote.

“On January 16, 2023, we will hold the second of our events examining # Nigeria’s 2023 elections and political developments.”

Obi is expected to attend the event on January 16, 2023, in London, United Kingdom.

On December 5, the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, spoke at Chatham House in London.

Tinubu revealed some of his plans for major economic, technological, security, and educational sectors.
